ON SITE JOB FAIR FOR FULL AND PART TIME AUTO FINANCE COLLECTORS

This Thursday we will be holding an on site job fair at Manpower, for auto finance collectors, specifically.

Pay is $13-16 per hour depending on position + Bonus (Bonus is after being hired on permanent, usually 90 days)

Candidates must have 1 year collections or call center experience - strong preference for auto finance or credit card collections, resume must reflect a stable job history (no more than 3 jobs in last 5 years). Must be able to make individual contributions in a team environment. Need to be assertive but not aggressive - however this is a collections positions - not customer service!

Candidates should not be too loud, or overbearing.
Comfortable with a very diverse team.
Excel in a production environment.
Call center environment – can be a little loud, contests, high energy, etc.

Candidates must be at least 18 yrs of age, and be able to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and provide proof of HS Diploma, or GED.
Training starts soon!

Training occurs on normally scheduled days of week, but candidates need to be open to any shift in order to be considered for this position.

Parking $47/month in JPMC garage on East Side of 1st Street, or $30 per month at 1st Ave Van Burn
