  >Must have three to five years of real estate mortgage servicing experience (Collections, Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy experience is a plus )
  >Underwriting experience (minimum 3 years) is preferred
  >Loan processing experience is a plus
  
  Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; be a goal oriented, dedicated professional who is highly motivated and a self-starter, as well as a strong decision maker. Candidate must have strong organizational and analytical skills. Candidate must be a team player, capable of working independently, and be flexible. Candidate should also be able to work a flexible work schedule with weekend and evening hours. Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
