Arizona State University graduates will have two opportunities this month to connect with each other at events sponsored by the ASU Alumni Association.
On Wednesday, Feb. 18, the association will host its monthly Maroon & Gold Professionals Network meeting at the beautiful ASU Karsten Golf Course, 1125 E. Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe. The mixer runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m., and is only $10 for members, or $20 for future members! Upcoming Maroon & Gold Professionals Network event dates are March 11, April 15, and May 20. If you’d like to be inspired by the example of four great ASU alumnae, sign up for the Feb. 26 “Love What You Do, Do What You Love” breakfast and panel discussion presented by the association’s Women in Business network. The breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 26, at The Buttes, A Marriott Resort, 2000 Westcourt Way, Tempe. Speakers on the panel will include Betsy Bayless, CEO of Maricopa Integrated Health System and former Arizona Secretary of State; Michelle Kort, founder of As You Wish Pottery; Denise D. Resnik, owner of Denise Resnik & Associates and co-founder of the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center; and Mary Kim Titla, an award-winning broadcast journalist and publisher of Native Youth Magazine. The event is $40 for Alumni Association members and $45 for non-members. Both programs are a great way to meet other alums and expand your network. Bring plenty of business cards!
