Blog Post: Executive Recruiters. Hate us? Love us? I'd like to know AZ's thoughts.

  My name's JP, owner of CrossOver Recruiting in Mesa.  We specialize in the Commercial Construction industry recruiting the brightest talent for the most reputable contractors in town. 

  Lately it seems as though the more commercial construction candidates and clients I speak with, there's a trend about how recruiters continue to promise the world and deliver squat.  I'm curious to learn what Arizona's Construction Industry feels about Executive Recruiters (Or Headhunters) and whether or not we're doing our job effectively?
