Please join the Staffing Management Association of Greater Phoenix for an informative presentation and discussion of Best Practices in Recruiting a Diverse Workforce on June 4, 2008.  The meeting will be held at Jobing.com at 4747 N. 22nd St., Phoenix, AZ 85016.

Bradford Taft, SPHR

Brad Taft is President of Taft Resource Group, a career management consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has over 25 years experience in the human resources consulting field where he has developed, delivered and marketed executive search, outplacement and organizational development services. His early career was in executive recruiting with firms including Korn/Ferry International. Brad then moved to the outplacement industry, where he held senior level consulting, management and marketing positions with Spherion Human Capital Consulting Group, Right Management Consultants, Lee Hecht Harrison and his own firm, Career Transition Group, Inc.

He is co-author of Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America (Cambridge Media, LLC, 2006), a Career Management Guide for mature workers. An accomplished public speaker and writer on career and organizational issues, he has lectured at the University of Southern California, UCLA and Loyola Marymount University, has written numerous articles and has been quoted in various publications including the Wall Street Journal, Money, Los Angeles Times and the Employment Law Letter. Brad received a B.A. in Communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds two certifications that represent the highest designations in the human resources and career management professions: Senior Human Resources Professional and Career Management Fellow.
