Our program in the East Valley area is currently seeking to fill a full-time Spanish-Bilingual Clinician position.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide clinical expertise to the Child and Family Team or other collaborative base model and serve as a point of contact and communication while working in congruence with the team process. Develop Individualized Service Plans. Evaluate and continually monitor client/family progress in meeting goals and anticipated outcomes. Maintain the clinical records in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and agency policy and procedures. Use ADHS Practice Guidelines and best practices when designing and implementing Child and Family Team or other collaborative base model. Provide case management services as needed. This position might have other requirements.

1. Master's degree in behavioral health related field
2. 2 years behavioral health work experience
3. Valid AZ Drivers License
4. Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
5. Clean 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record
6. Must be able to pass a background screening (Driving, employment, criminal, etc) A New Leaf participates in E-Verify
7. Bilingual-spanish is a requirement for this position
8. Must meet ADHS Behavioral Health Provider Credentialing Standards as either having a LMSW, LMFT, LAC.
9. Experience working with clients and families who have experienced trauma.
