Jobing Description

QUALIFICATIONS
* Excellent customer service skills & sales ability with above average verbal, written and oral communication and knowledge of cash & check handling procedures
* Must be able to obtain the company paid Personal lines insurance exam within the first 90 days of employment. If already licensed, big plus.
* Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity at all times
* Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and with minimal supervision
* Computer literate with the ability to work in a windows environment
* Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts and be dependable
* A strong desire to learn, motivate, assist self and others
* 1-2 years of management or Asst. manager experience preferred for Center Managers
* High School graduate (or equivalent) a must, Associate‚s Degree or some junior college preferred
* Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, use hands and fingers, reach, and vision to see up close and the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
