All Valley Home Health Care is a fast growing company looking for compassionate, energetic and reliable caregivers to provide personal care, support services and light housekeeping duties for our clients. We are currently recruiting Live-In Caregivers.
Applications are accepted in person, Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, at 4911 E. Broadway Blvd, Suite 150, Tucson, AZ 858711. You can also download an application from our website at allvalleycare.com. All documentation below is REQUIRED to apply.
Current CPR/First Aide
Current Negative Tuberculosis Screen
Skills/Requirements:
Essential Functions:
Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for clients
Assist clients with ambulation/transfers as specified in the care plan
Provide light housekeeping and laundry of clothing and linens
Assist in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and kitchen clean up and other duties, as assigned on the care plan
Assist clients with activities of daily living by providing assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and oral hygiene, as assigned on the care plan
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned on the care plan
Skills/Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and fulfill assignments with reliability and punctuality
Must meet requirements for a background investigation and professional/personal reference checks
Must have a valid driver‚s license or state issued ID, social security card or birth certificate
Must be able to function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members and administrative staff
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and document services provided
