Currently, we are looking for Landscape Crew Leaders and Area Manager in multiple Phoenix locations. We currently have openings in our Maintenance and Enhancements departments.
Crew Leaders & Area Manager supervise and coordinate the work of a crew on a specific landscape project, with primary concern for ensuring the crew works skillfully and efficiently and that the assigned job progresses per schedule and on budget. Crew Leaders & Area Manager must have a general, broad knowledge of landscape and be able to efficiently perform all duties of the personnel they supervise.
Skills / Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a PLUS)
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience managing a landscape crew and be able to efficiently perform all duties on the job site
- Must be able to operate all related landscape equipment, for example:
Ride Lawn Mower, blower, weed eater, gas trimmer, etc.
- Must be proficient in irrigation installation and troubleshooting
- OPM Spray License preferred for Foreperson
