We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is pleasant, hardworking and who is looking to be a part of our team!

All Valley Home Health Care is one of the fastest growing companies in the Home Health Care Industry in Arizona. We are currently seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant in our EAST VALLEYoffice. We are looking for a responsible and energetic Administrative Assistant who has previous work experience in customer service, answering phones, and computers. Knowledge of MS Office is required. In addition, the perfect applicant has the ability to multi-task, is detailed oriented, has exceptional organizational skills, and has the ability to meet specific deadlines. Our office enviornment is very friendly and there is opportunity for advancement. If you are a team player and you have the required experience, we would like to hear from you!

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
* Recruits caregivers via internet, telephone and walk-in inquiries;
* Assists prospective caregivers with compliancy;
* Performs employment and personal reference verifications;
* Conducts weekly pre-employment orientation;
* Inputs initial new hire information into company software;
* Processes bi-weekly 500+ timesheets which entails checking for accuracy and completeness;
* Performs follow-up calls to employees when paperwork is late, incomplete or inaccurate;
* Assists with follow-up calls in maintaining updated compliancy requirements for current caregivers;
* Assists Client Care Coordinators, HR, and Billing departments with specific duties;
* Answers and screens incoming calls in a fast paced environment;
* Monitors and orders office supplies;
* Filing.

Skills / Requirements

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
* 3-5 years previous experience;
* Previous office experience required;
* Customer service experience required;
* Must possess high school diploma or equivalent;
* Must have excellent communication skills;
* Must be able to handle a fast paced environment;
* Looking for someone with a great positive attitude;
* MUST BE EXCITED AND HAVE HIGH ENERGY!!!
