We're looking for a SALES ROCKSTAR! Exciting opportunity for an entergetic, get it done type of sales engineer with a technology sales background that thrives on exceeding goals and delivering results in a team environment!



The BSS Team is the initial point of contact for customers with a primary objective of listening and offering solutions. As a department team member you will be responsible for growth which will entail planning enhancements that can be enabled to sustain casual or explosive growth by building effective relationships and opening lines of communication.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Be a product expert that can match customer needs with Newtek product solutions.

o Maintain a high level of closed sales.

o Administrate contacts produced by the sales team, business executives, alliance partners, Newtek Technology Services divisions and the company website.

o Provide a high touch approach to customer acquisition and utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) application, NewTracker.

o Suggest web services such as web hosting, web design, shopping carts, electronic payment processing, gateways, SSL certificates and security features to meet customer needs.

o Utilize a creative thinking style outside of standard guidelines in order to satisfy individual requirements on demand.

o Set individual performance measurements.

o Increase job knowledge with an active listening, researching, evaluating and responding learning cycle.

o Use input from coworkers to prioritize tasks and participate in special projects to deliver desired results.

o Follow up and research to solve problems.

o Other duties as assigned.
