FORT WORTH— Jobing.com announced Charla Lovelace as the new general manager of the company’s Fort Worth branch; she assumed that role earlier this month.  Jobing.com serves some 18 major metropolitan markets in eight states, including Dallas and Houston, with the mission of connecting organizations and local people.  The Fort Worth office has been open since December of 2006.  Lovelace, who has been part of the Jobing.com family for more than a year, played an instrumental role in establishing the Fort Worth office as Jobing.com’s Regional Talent Acquisition Director for the State of Texas. 

“I’m thrilled to be chosen to lead Fort Worth for Jobing.com,” Lovelace said.  “The Jobing.com team are passionate recruiting professionals who understand Fort Worth’s unique challenges and have the relationships to make a difference for organizations that need great people.  I look forward to bringing Fort Worth many wonderful resources through this new role and expanding our focus on serving the community.” 

Lovelace is a member of the Dallas Human Resources Association, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International.  Prior to joining the Jobing.com team, Lovelace spent several years in a variety of human resources, recruiting and sales positions.
