Job: Diffusion Maintence Technician

Provide technician-level support for the Diffusion/EPI maintenance program .

Working alone or as part of a team, preform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to production equipment or component level assemblies.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this job is sustaining the wafer processing equipment in the Diffusion area. This includes performing scheduled and routine preventative maintenance on vertical Diffusion furnaces, troubleshooting a wide variety of complex, microprocessor or PLC based controllers, electronic and/or electromechanical interface devices, vacuum systems, Abatement systems, robotic systems and precision gas flow equipment.
