POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting the internal and external financial reporting requirements of the organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to provide general guidelines and parameters for the job and are not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed description of the job.

*Assist Accounting team in meeting financial reporting requirements.

*Maintains financial reporting templates.

*Monitors daily financial and managerial report generation.

*Design, develop, distribute and automate new reports as required.

*Must be meticulous in ensuring the accuracy of reports.

*Utilize financial system resources to streamline current financial reporting processes.

*Research reporting discrepancies by reviewing system data and provide analysis for complete financial reporting.

*Prepares various daily/monthly managerial reports.

*Analyze financial trends.

*Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual budget.

*Provide ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

*Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
*Three or more years experience in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
*Knowledge of GAAP
*Advanced Excel skills required.
*Strong VBA and SQL skills preferred.
*Ability to multi-task.
*Presentation skills required.
