Overview: Banner Health, one of largest non-profit Healthcare Providers has an opportunity for an NextGen Information Technology Systems Analyst for the NextGen EPM.& nbsp;This team is responsible for the support of the NextGen Enterprise Practice Management System.& nbsp;This position will assist in automating the NextGen Electronic Medical Record System for approximately 65 Physician Practices. These practices are located throughout Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Wyoming and Nebraska. Travel is required. This position is located in Mesa, AZ Qualified candidates should possess strong working knowledge of the NextGen system. Knowledge of the Community Health Solutions, EPM, Electronic Health Record, and Billing Systems is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the support of the EPM application. Support includes daily on call support as well as after hours support of the application as well as testing and preparing for future upgrades to the application. This position is also responsible for owning issues discovered by customers and working with the vendor until the issue is resolved or becomes part of the future release. The support team also reviews the EPM application functionalities that are not currently utilized and determines if new functionality would add efficiencies for the end users.& nbsp;Travel will be required.& nbsp;

Must have a two year degree or equivalent experience to include working in a clinical environment using Windows Applications and other I/T systems, preparing, documenting and teaching office staff. Experience with NextGen software application a strong plus. The ability to lead discussions and conduct training sessions essential. Highly effective verbal and written skills essential.
