Provide business process and system liaison support for to purchasing including the sites and central group as needed. Work with department leadership on small to medium scope system projects by identifying and documenting business requirements to determine functional capabilities. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis including query functions and client reporting initiatives. Conduct user-acceptance testing, documentation of training materials, work instructions and P&P. This function will be responsible but not limited to all DOD Re-baseline related functions including product selection, implementation and communication based on contractual requirements. This function will act as the primary contact to communicate and document all NDC, GPI and Re-baseline changes to the government and ESI designees. Act as a team member to develop, implement and communicate process changes. Develop and distribute reports as needed. This function is not limited to but includes all DOD analysis.
The candidate selected for this position is required to successfully complete security clearances which require the following: U.S. Citizenship, a federal criminal background check, and a determination of credit trustworthiness. Applicants will be required to provide verifying information upon hire for submittal for clearance. If an applicant fails to pass the government security clearance requirements, it may jeopardize their employment with Express Scripts in this position. Skills / Requirements
BA Degree or equivalent work experience.
2-5 yrs of work experience; healthcare-related and/or purchasing experience is desirable, but not required. Very experienced user of MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio is also desirable, but not required. Strong ability to lead and develop process maps, written policy and procedure, work instructions and business requirements for the entire department. Ability to work cross-functionally to understand and propose resolutions to complex reporting issues. Ability to manage timelines and balance multiple deadlines Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization internally, external suppliers, and the government. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements Travel Required We Value Diversity!
Pay: $45,000 to $55,000/year
