Job: Resource Planning

2nd shift schedule for Tempe, AZ only

Ensures time keeping databases are complete and accurate. Tracks attendance on a weekly basis and answers sick line daily. Coordinate and track schedule change requests, holiday schedules, overtime, voluntary time off, off-line scheduling and setting vacation/PTO thresholds etc. Provide data for reports and analysis to Resource manager and operations supervisors as needed.

Assists in the weekly tracking for the OPS group and communicates with manager and department supervisors.

Assists production supervisors and Resource Manager by compiling and entering data into reports

Ensures company policies regarding PTO, OT, and schedule change process is closely adhered to.

Tracks PTO,OT, holiday pay, schedule changes, and vacation processes.

Maintains database accuracy and auditing.

Reviews time sheets & databases for completeness and accuracy, and obtains employee signature to ensure employees work scheduled hours.

Assist Manager with KPI reports. Run reports and enter data.

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years experience in an Operations setting.
Experience using Workforce management scheduling applications and staff monitoring tools, PeopleSoft, etc. preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines including early mornings.
Must be able to handle multiple projects/assignments tasks simultaneously, many times under limited time constraints.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
