Jobing Description
Dynamic youth center in Chandler seeks an energetic and highly self motivated indivudal to join our team in a part time capacity.
Some of the duties are below:
Communications
**Prepares media/press releases, promoting agency successes, needs, and activities.
**Prepares monthly donor briefing to the Henry Salinas Society Champions
**Prepares the monthly ICAN Eblast
**Prepares periodic eblast updates and communications
**Prepares content for the organizational newsletter, as assigned
**Prepares content for the organizational annual report, as assigned
**Prepares organizational direct mail pieces
**Makes daily posts on the organizations social networking sites
**Manages all social networking requests, including friend requests, event requests, etc.
**Mails hard copy communications, as assigned
**Maintains updates to the ICAN public and board websites, as requested
**Maintains inventory of organizational collateral materials monthly
**Updates content in organizational collateral materials, as requested
**Maintains and conducts research for organizational promotional materials
**Promotes a culture of positivity and appreciation for community involvement/support at ICAN.
Special Events Communications
**Creates event marketing materials, as assigned
**Creates sponsor signage for events, as assigned
**Creates event invitations, as assigned
Other Responsibilities
**Effectively works with co-workers, serving as an example of professionalism
**Serves as a positive role model among ICAN youth, volunteers, and community members, upholding ICAN values and guidelines/rules accordingly
**Attends community meetings relevant to responsibility areas and organizational priorities as assigned and/or requested.
**Oversees and assists in maintaining facilities and vehicles as used by department.
**Promotes and upholds ICAN’s mission, serving as an ambassador to the organization.
**Provides prompt, courteous, and professional internal and external customer service skills, including responding to internal and external communications promptly and attentively.
**Other duties and responsibilities as seemed necessary by organizational leadership.
