Jobing Description
The Donor Services Coordinator is the key point of contact for individuals and families who are considering whole-body donation for medical research, education and training. GenLife's donor services department is responsible for ensuring an ethical and timely donation process for people nationwide.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with UAGA, AATB and other applicable rules and regulations.
Primary point of contact to assist people through all phases of the donation process.
Work with inside and outside clients to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Skills / Requirements
Possess an associate or Bachelor's degree in a related area.
Proven track record of 2+ years experience.
Knowledge of American Association of Tissue Bank (AATB) and Uniform Anatomical
Gift Act (UAGA) rules and regulations.
Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
A professional results-oriented attitude.
Has the flexibility to handle the challenges of a changing environment.
Possess uncompromising integrity.
The ability to effective communicate with other team members.
