Jobing Description
Duties will include answering multi-line phone system, writing repair orders, and routing calls to the appropriate department. Providing quality customer service by professionally addressing clients and visitors needs in person or on the telephone. Data entry to include matching and coding of accounts payable invoices, creating invoices, recording client payments and preparing daily deposits. Candidate must have strong customer service/telephone skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking capability. Possess a strong work ethic and present good work practices in the areas of attendance, attitude and punctuality. The knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks and being bilingual a plus.
Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with an occasional half day on Saturday. We offer an excellent medical and dental plan, paid vacations and holidays, life and long term care insurance.
